This quirky number from Mordue spin out Panda Frog Project really is a full on IPA. It poured a hazy orange with a small frothy head. The first scents of toffee and orange zest were the first things that said this is going to be a big beer. As you taste the beer there is good amount of bitterness that hits first that moves in to a really tasty marmalade. The finish is a bitter that lingers but not unwelcomely so.
