As a dual release v6 and v7 are the latest DIPA evolution from Cloudwater.
In v6 here you get a nose full of aromas as you pour the beer. Your tastebuds start watering at the level of sweet malts, melon and tropical fruits. Then when you taste it you are not disappointed, the smooth golden orange liquid slips down with notes of pineapple, tangerine and mangos. There is a soft carbonation that keeps the sweetness in balance and the level of bitterness is lower compared to previous iterations. Whilst there is a little alcohol warmness at the end the overall balance makes this dangerously drinkable.
